About Us

Shawn Eichner

Shawn was born and raised in Eugene. He graduated college in 2007 and has worked in Coos Bay as a staff account. After earning his CPA license in 2009 he returned to Eugene where he worked as a Manager at a local accounting firm. After a short time he met up with Mike Tayloe and felt like he found the perfect fit. After going through a tax season together, Shawn and Mike decided to form a new partnership. When Mike opened a second office, Shawn took over the daily operations of the Springfield office and looks forward to continuing to provide excellent service.

Lindsey Chavarin

Lindsey has lived in the Springfield/Eugene area since 2006, and grew up in the small town of Jefferson, Oregon. She earned her Associates Degree in Accounting from Pioneer Pacific College in 2012 and started working as a bookkeeper shortly there-after. She really enjoys working in a small business because she loves getting to know clients and building relationships. Lindsey and her husband love taking their 2 year old son to the park, visiting family, and spoiling their two dachshunds. She also loves baking, reading, crafting, and gardening.

Marlene Eichner

Marlene has lived in Eugene for almost 30 years. She is in charge of all of our administrative operations and manages the front desk, including answering the phones and greeting clients. Before starting with our office, Marlene owned her own successful business for over 20 years before deciding to try something new. When Marlene is away from work she loves to spend time with her friends and family, playing with her dog, and watching watching football.

Marcy Boyd

Marcy comes to us as a retired high school business teacher who has lived in the Eugene area her entire life. She and husband Jeff have two adult sons and one beautiful granddaughter. Marcy has always had a passion for business and she and her husband have spent the past 20 years dabbling in real estate development and managing rental properties. In her free time she enjoys being outdoors, making fleece tie blankets, and spending time with her family.
