Need help navigating around the client section?
Once you enter in your log-in and password that we provided you and click log-in, you will enter your personalized webpage. At the top of the screen you will see our name and address. Along the top right you will see two options, "my account" and "sign out". Please remember to click the "sign out" link before exiting. You will use "my account" to update your name and email address, or change your log-in and password. The "my account" link will change to "my main view" when you are accessing your information in "my account". To switch back to access your documents click the "my main view" link. Depending on which services we are providing for you, you will see different sections such as remote check printing, document presentation, and file exchange explorer.




Having problems with remote check printing?
If you have access to this feature you should see a list of PDF files in blue. Each one of these lines is a separate file. If you click the name you can open the document, or you can click delete if you don’t want access to that file anymore. Once you click delete, the file will be gone, and you won’t be able to open it again.




Having problems with document presentation?
You should see a list of folders in this section. If there is any information present, there will be a plus sign (+) to the left of the folder icon. Click the plus sign to view the information. Keep clicking the plus signs until you see a PDF file (blue text with red icon to the left). If you click this document it will open and you can view or print it.




Having problems with file exchange explorer?
In this window you will see an icon that says "Home" and one that says "Up", below this will be some folders with blue text. Click a folder. If there are any files uploaded to this section you will see them listed. If you want to upload something, click on whichever folder you would like to upload to. The browse button should appear and you can search for the file you want to upload. Click the browse button and a new window will open. Navigate to wherever the file is saved, click the file name, and click open. You should now be back to your webpage. Click upload. The file name will appear.
